Five Year Course Planner

The Five Year Course Planner is designed to help YOU keep track of the credits and classes you have taken or are taking to graduate. You will update your five year course planner every year of high school and in your senior year, you will complete your "fifth year plan". Your fifth year plan is what you plan on doing after high school whether it be college, trade school, workforce or taking a gap year. This plan will help you get a better idea of what you want to do after you leave the halls of KHS. 

 

If you are having difficulties completing your five year course planner, please contact your counselor!  *Remember! You need 24 credits to graduate from high school, including your 0.5 credit for PTP!
