General Information
- Doors open at 5:15 and close at 6:00.
- Dinner starts at 6:30.
- Athletes who are arriving late due to a meet or game will be allowed in at anytime.
- The dance ends at 10:15 and all attendees must leave the ballroom no later than 10:30.
- There are no tickets. Each guest must have a school or state issued ID to enter.
- No ID, no entry.
- Self parking is $5 WITH your event parking ticket. These tickets will be given at the time of check in.
- It is the responsibility of the driver to obtain this parking validation ticket. Failure to do so will result in the driver having to pay the standard $17 self parking fee imposed by the hotel.
- Valet parking is at the full hotel price of $22.
- Picture taking will begin when the doors open. Charla Photography will be handling the event and picture information is available online.
- Once guests leave the dance they MUST exit the hotel immediately.
- Parents and friends are asked not to rent rooms at the resort for dance attendees.
- HPD will be on hand during the event and from 10:00PM - 6:00AM.
- Showing up in an altered and/or intoxicated state will jeopardize the attendees graduation.
